A new house going up, where an old one was torn down.Ordinarily,
I don't look happily on tearing down, in order to build new. But this is an exception.
The old house which was on this lot,
had been allowed to rot away.
It had not had any upkeep done on it for years and years and years.
So it had simply become an eye-sore. And continued downhill, after the owner was no longer there. Everyone knew it would eventually have to be torn down.
So, it wasn't a shock, when the above began.

It is always sad to see homes coming down..I can only hope something better goes up. High rise demolitions are even more hear pounding to watch, and then something bautiful goes up...
