♡"I'm tired, tired, tired, of *new,* *new,* *new*..."

Dear Ones,
Did you pay attention to what "Auntie sezzzzzz" the other day?
~~~
If you did, you'd not have been surprised when your blogging friends
began to have trouble with commenting in your blog.  Or when you began to have trouble commenting in your friend's blogs.
~~~
Remember the *drill*?  Isn't this , how it goes?
A Blogger *New Thing* ~  produces Problems for Us.
~~~
Blogger announced a *new thing* in Comments.
~~~
We started having troubles with leaving Comments.

~~~
Grrrrrrrrrrrr...  Yes, I am grumpy.
Yes, I am tired of these blogging problems popping up,
and getting us all worked up.
~~~
No, I am not worrying this time though.
I did nothing different to my blog.
I will simply figure that it is Blogger's Fault.
~~~
And you????????????
~~~
"I'm tired, tired, tired, of *new,* *new,* *new*..."

Your not alone. Most bloggers are tired of the same thing.

Oh yes, I posted about it high and away on my sidebar. I hope that my friends don't give up because it's not as if I haven't tried.

It bothers me too, but like Sandra said it is free!
I took almost the same picture with the tree and the moon this morning. I'll be posting it later on my life is good blog.

I've had Blogger as my Blog Server for going on 7 years now, and I always wanted the Wordpress function of "reply" on my Blog but they didn't have it. I LIKE the new and challenging aspects of Blogger, and I must confess I do get frustrated. But, going to the forums to learn more of the new interface and now the new reply button/link, I'm not the only one that has the problems of it not working. I guess, from what I've learned so far, it's because I have a customized template and the function doesn't work with a customized xml coding. Oh well...I will continue to work, and learn new stuff...as I said, I like the new and to be able to learn each and every day.

I try not to dwell on things that don't go the way they should. I hope you have more energy now that you've vented. Take a deep breath and nice cup of tea. There's a children's book I like to think about and the title is "It Could Be Worse" by James Stevenson.

Oy. Well, if anyone had been reading my blog, they would know that I didn't change backgrounds until I just had to. Of course when I changed, I had problems. Which means that now that the kinks are worked out, I will not change again ... unless I have to. :) I am such a creature of habit, but I confess I don't like change. However, since change is the only constant in life, well, I guess I ought to learn to like it better. :) And I suppose Sandra is right in that we should remind ourselves it is free. So little in the world is. Until then, I guess we'll all just have to indulge our inner Alpine once in awhile.

Hi there Auntie. (Sigh) - it is all very frustrating, isn't it. Like you, I'm not going to change anything and then, hopefully, all will be well again shortly. It's just that I hate think that people think I'm not commenting on their posts, when I really do want to!!! Fingers crossed that this will work, as yours is one of the ones I have been having problems with!! :(

I hadn't noticed any issues, but haven't been online as much these past few days. Hope they work out for you.

Glad your 'grumps' didn't stop you from noticing that gorgeous moon crescent. I saw it early this morning on my way home from work. My bloggerly heart was so wishing I would have had my camera along. So I'm glad to see it here.

Hi Auntie!

Yes, I am trying to work on having a "new day" - It's a complicated life I'm living right now - a difficult (in more ways than one)funeral, husband retiring, new floors and cupboards to be put in, and all that goes along with that! I'd say that I'm a little grumpy too, but TRYING to have a good attitude - Jos*ph Campb*ll, is very helpful in that area of my life!

I tried changing my background, and I had so many problems, I am just sticking to the same old Christmas background for now - I'll worry about it later, when things settle down... :0) Blogger just drives me crazy sometimes, but what on earth would I do with out all of my wonderful blogging friends?!

I just love your beautiful moon pictures. I can't think of very many things more beautiful than a sliver of silver in the night sky!!

Tight "hang in there" hugs,
Barb

Blogger is just like Facebook, as soon as you learn how to use it, they go and change things on you! So far I haven't noticed anything about the comments/reply so will have to go read the Blogger Buzz and learn what that's all about. Wish they would leave well enough alone. Always saying the changes "are for the better" but sometimes that isn't true!! I know we're never too old to learn something new but geezzzz louise, it's enough to drive one crazy!! hehe

Love your sliver of moon shots, very pretty:-) xoxo

It's so odd that I cannot comment from my work computer, but I can here at home. I know how you feel. I've also gone through it with Yahoo. They change things and it becomes impossible to maneuver through it all. Everything there worked perfect for me. Spam went to spam and good mail went where it was supposed to be. Now, I even end up in spam. I always say, "If it works, don't break it."

i don't know what you mean, i have no problems commenting here and i see 13 other comments. but i see someone above says it depends on the computer. don't know what is up with that.

I had no problem commenting. You should change your comment box from embedded under post, which you now have and is causing bloggers trouble with commenting.
Go to Settings> Post and comments> Comments location, and select Full page or Popup window, remember to hit SAVE at the bottom of the page.
I hope this helps.
