(I did it!!! Imported a pic, directly from this source)
.
First, I'm stuck on his laptop, until we get my computer diagnosed, by Geek.
Second, I'm unfamiliar with the photo program on his laptop, so it's difficult for me to put pics in posts.
Third, and most important...!!! -grin- Dear Vee often assures me that I can *paint lovely word pictures.* Isn't that the sweetest thing? And I don't even pay her, either. But anyway, without ease of posting pics, I'm stuck with words.
Fourth, and my choice of word-topics is about things which are very present in my life. But...! These word-topics may well not be enthralling or riveting, to my Dear Readers. So feel free to skip stuff here...!!! -giggles- I'll understand. ~~~~~~ But if you have to skip stuff, perhaps it would be nice if you'd go over to Dear Vee's blog (A Haven For Vee) and request that she not encourage me (and my lovely word pictures) any more. -chuckle-
Wow, my whole *gut* is soooooooo happy, after not having to process any solid food, for a while, due to the Colonoscopy, that I want to be extra-special-careful about what I put into it!!! Btw, if someone is reading today, who was not reading yesterday, I will re-cap...
Had Colonoscopy ~~ Doc said I'm fine ~~ He didn't have to do anything.
Logic says... If my GI Tract is so happy (without cramping, pain, gas accumulation, troublesome urges, etc.......) Well, it's logical to surmise that when I do have all the above *un-happiness,* it must be due to food I eat. So, "Patient heal thyself!!!" Cease eating those things which I know are problematic. Keep writing down what I consume. If GI problems return, look back and know what food(s) are/were the culprit and eliminate 'em in the future.
Right now, my feeling is, that I have to stop eating my *dearly beloved* Canadian Pea Soup. -little sigh- Because I do love it and it makes such an easy lunch basic. We both love it, actually. It's the best we have found, and we stock up on it, when we find it. -grin- But, betcha' all the peas, have been too much for my. -grumble, grumble, grumble-

OK! ENOUGH talk of the Happiness/Un-Happiness of my *GUT*. :-)))))))))))
Oh gracious! I'm so tired out, from all that writing-of-word-pictures -grin- and actually getting pics to show up in my post, directly from their source... Without having to go through the step of putting them into my iPhoto program first!!! WOW! I have seen that line, in the Picture Box, about "Direct" but never tried it. -Hehhhhhhhh- Another perk, from having my computer 'down' and being forced to use his laptop!!!!! OK, I will give credit where credit is due... This has been a PERK.

Now, dear Auntie, what color is your favorite green pea soup? Is it vivid green or is it a smoky green? What are its flavors? Fresh or hammy? Ha! What a crack-up you are. I thought you were going to say that, since your tummy is so much happier, you should do a cleansing more often. Glad that instead it means paying closer attention to the foods you eat. I think you're probably right...the Canadian pea soup should be a rare treat. Isn't that always the way that the food that is good for us causes grief? So many of the veggies for example...
SO glad you worked out the photo thing and your tummy is doing better!
hughugs
I do love that picture of the table and the woods. Would love to be seated there right about now. Glad to hear your tummy is okay...and hopefully, your computer will be okay, as well.

You might just end up loving the laptop! hehe That's what I use all the time now:-)
Such GREAT news that your colonoscopy results showed nothing was wrong!! Yippeee! As you say, your problems are most probably due to certain foods you eat. Cutting out the "gassy" foods are a good idea! lol
We're getting more snow as I type this...sigh! Have a lovely day dear Auntie:-) xoxo

Love that tutorial from Vee up there! Now go back and elaborate what you just posted using the suggestions she gave.
Oh you do just fine! See how well you told us about your "gut"???
;) Glad all that is A-OK!
Hope you have a wonderful, tummy-feeling-good-so-don't-put-anything-bad-into-it day!
The table cloth is so pretty. I love it.
I know I am so lucky to be able to eat anything and not have it bother me. Now if I could just get things not to have calories!!
I just love going on your blog! I always get a " giggle ". Thank you for that. (o:
