Of books, and wanting to go read... :-)

(Source)

I had a list of "books-read-in-January", on my Side Bar.  Then that was getting cumbersome.  So I made a link (on my Side Bar) to a blog, where I will list all the books I read in 2013.  It just below the sweet water color of the little girl, on the dragon...  It called  BOOKS READ IN 2013 ...  You see Click Here  ...  A click-able link, which takes you to "Auntie's Reads 2013" ...
 my book blog.

I love to see what others are reading.  So here is a way, for others to see, what I'm reading.

Naturally, if a book is listed, I enjoyed it.  Because I simply don't waste time, reading books, which never "get me."  Nor will I be doing reviews of books.  I don't feel comfortable, trying to review a book.   But if someone wants to look into a book, they can do a Search on the title.  In places like 'Good Reads' or 'Amazon' or 'Barnes and Noble'...

As you can see, I can't come up with any photo ideas, for this blog entry.   In fact, I just want to put this in the queue to Publish tomorrow/Thurs. morning...  And go read, with the rest of my afternoon cup of decaf.   :-)

So I guess that's what I will do!

I leave you with some lovely words, of others.  :-)

OOOOOPS!  I Published this blog entry.  Instead of putting it in queue, to Publish tomorrow morning.  -chuckle-  Guess it's REALLY time for me to get off the computer.  :-)))))))

"Winter is the time for comfort,
for good food and warmth,
for the touch of a friendly hand
and for a talk beside the fire:
it is the time for home."
~Dame Edith Sitwell (1887-1964)

Katherine Mansfield once wrote;
"My love for you tonight is so deep and tender that it seems to be outside myself.  I am fast shut up like a little lake in the embrace of some big mountains.  If you were to climb up the mountains, you would see me down below, deep and shining----and quite fathomless, my dear.  You might drop your heart into me and you'd never hear it touch bottom.  ...  Oh, ...  what it is to love like this!"

I like keeping a list of my books and have mine on my side bar too.
Just got back from the library and I was determined not to get any more books out because I already have 3 out but ended up coming home with 2 more!! : )

When I first started blogging, I downloaded some library gadget that listed my books. It got too hard to keep up with.

Don't laugh, but I don't know how to do that! Put something on another page, that is. I'm so tech challenged that it's pitiful. :)

Speaking of books, I ordered 3 Gladys Taber books today. I can't wait until they arrive! Love to read her books in the winter.

Great quotes today!
