Sat....06:07eastern standard time... Before dawn...

My camera doesn't do well with night-time photos...  Since this is Sat. before dawn, these are basically night-time photos.  This one, is out one of the Den windows.  Looking down the street, since we are situated on a corner.

Out the back patio door...  It's still snowing lightly...  But it doesn't look like we got a lot-lot of over-night snow.  Thankfully!!!!!!

Out patio door, toward street shown in Den pic.  There goes one of our city's trusty snow plows!!!

Another shot, from back of house ---  Den window  --   Down street, which makes a corner by our house.  And I can hear another snow plow!!!  :-)

(Pic taken last week, of course...)

I hope that all my Dear Readers in the NE, will post this morning (Sat.) if and when they can.

Best of luck to all, in the path of this Nor'easter!!!

Hello, stopped in from A Quiet Corner and enjoyed seeing the snow scenes, as NJ natives we do miss it where we now live in VA, but when we relocate to NH it will be a welcome sight. Now we are in mud season with rain and no snow.

Glad that your power is on and that you are staying toasty warm. The worst just now is the howling winds and driving snow. I wouldn't say that we got brutal amounts of snow however. We'll see when the dust settles this afternoon.

I like your pre-dawn shots. I'm not sure my camera would do as well.

But it does look brr-rr cold there.

Yeah we got dumped on good and steady, but for now it has stopped, so that is good.

I would make some cocoa and just sit by the window watching the snow for hours :)

Woke up here in our HOME in Texas and immediately thought of my friends in the NE! I have not turned on the computer since Thursday night but YOU are the reason I plugged back in this morning to check on everyone. Louis Dean had the coffee ready and the news on when I woke up.

Thanks for posting - you knew we would be watching for it!

The color of the streetlight on the snow is beautiful.
Thank you for sharing your snow with me; we don't get any.

You have inspired me to try a night time photo...I have never even used my night shooting setting. I think they are intriguing. Night is a world to itself.
