THIS is the COMPLETE Post...

THIS IS THE COMPLETE POST...

THIS IS THE COMPLETE POST...

"Uncle A." has potting soil.

He has seeds.

He is ready!!!

When the weather cooperates.  :-)

And I have books!!!

I'm ready for reading fun, no matter what the weather!!!  :-)

And yes, that's the first "Betsy ~ Tacy" book.  :-)

I've never read them.

People say they are so sweet, and enjoyed them, when growing up.

I figure, it's never too late to enjoy a fun book.  :-)

Here is some info, you won't find every day...  ,-)

Or everywhere...

Actually, I found a mention of this, and a link, on Raising Jane Journal blog...

Anyway, without further adieu,  let me introduce

Don't take life sitting down

Have you always wanted to visit the U. K.?  Perhaps getting there, via a cruise on the Queen Mary?  From New York to Southhampton?  Knowing you'll probably see Beatrix Potter's house in the Lake District.  But the rest of the itinerary, will be a surprise...

If so, please visit this post, and find out how and when.  :-)

"Naps are nature's way of reminding you that life is nice---like a beautiful, softly swinging hammock strung between birth and infinity."  ~Peggy Noonan

Mmmmm,  that quote has a lovely sound to it.
But life can hardly always be considered to be nice.

Naps certainly can ease us through some parts of life,
which fall short of being *nice,* though.

Auntie sezzzzzz...

To explain the top of this post... I inadvertently posted, before completing today's post. Thought the incomplete one, would show.

It doesn't here. But I'm sure that it does shown, on some places which Follow Blogs.

But, all's well that ends well....

Love the quote you found about naps.
You and Uncle A, should get along quite well this spring, as you each have your own interest. Just don't tell him what to plant where, and all will go well. Happy Thursday!!

Lovely...

I think for most of us, life is pretty nice most of the time. There's a famous quote about that that eludes me...like so many things these days.

Off to follow a link. Oh, yes, I know all about that trip. If I were traveling, that's the way I'd wish to travel as well.

Yes, well, that was some link.

You've got some good reading ahead. Especially Betsy Tacy and Mary Jane.

What do you think of Mary Jane's book? Is it inspirational? I am a little intrigued by her. Let me know what you think :)

I've always wanted to go to Norfolk, England, the home of my ancestors. It's always been my dream to go there or to Ireland. Alas, I won't fly or sail so it will remain a dream

Always nice to have a pile of books to read.

I actually walked right by her house on our walking vacation across England.

You might like this quote on it being "never too late" - the author of it was a female novelist. http://caroleschatter.blogspot.co.nz/2012/03/it-is-never-too-late.html
