♥ Outside...Pics...As *promised*...

VIOLETS!!!

VIOLETS!!!

VIOLETS!!!

Happy sigh!!!

It did warm up nicely, and I did get some pics of growing things.

 Even the *lowly* dandelion.  :-)))

And got some yard work done, too.  Well, actually, I have been pondering some whacking of rogue vines.  Whacking, which I can't do.  I can prune and etc., but when vines grow too big at the base, I can't do it.

So I  pointed, and 'Uncle A.' sawed!   Finally,  the trumpet vine we planted long ago, does not have rogue vines winding around it and choking it, anymore.  Yessssssssssssss!!!!!!!!

And there are more to be done!!!!   Now is the time to see the base of such things.  And the only place to get 'em, is the base.  Once all the green stuff starts growing, the base of everything is obscured.  And I'm left with only the tops, to attack.

This is the best way!!!!!!!!

Hath the violet less brightness For growing near earth?”

Are your azaleas blooking? Blooming that is? They are so lovely for a brief moment. I'm still trying to decide whether I'll leave all of mine in the garden.

You made John's day! =D

What beautiful photos. I love violets. It's been many years since I've seen one first hand. That's pretty sad, isn't it?

Lovely photo's of spring.
The dandelion is my sisters favourite flower (or so she says) and she would always put them in a vase on the table when the kids brought her a bunch in. To her the colour was so bright and cheerful.
