♥ In-rain activities... And the *incognito* girl... ,-)

Planting/digging in the rain...
What else can you do?  When you have roses waiting?
And the rain doesn't (wait)?  ,-)

Nice additional rose bed...  *Someday* (when rain stops) we'll put edging along it.

See those guys, down below the pool area?  Digging and working all day, in the rain?  Fixing up our pool "works," to be up-to-snuff and even have an underwater light again!!!  What a job!  What a day for it!

Pic taken, by *hanging out of* our side bedroom window.  ,-)  To view some of the trench they had to dig, to lay something in them...   They will finish up, another day  ~~~  Such fun!  Along with the electrical work.  'Cause that is what they are.  Electricians and good friends.   Randy and Mike and an extra helper...

Another of "Uncle A.'s" projects...  Fixing up the wee flower bed, by the entrance to the pool area.  The dirt there, tends to wash away.  He rebuilt it, and it looks very neat now.  :-)

And a little flower bed, by the front steps to front door.

I have been sizing these pics, down to 700 Wide.  From the humongous size, which my camera produces.  I know, you don't use up as much storage space, when doing that.  (Recently had to buy more storage space, but that's fine)  With my old computer, it was not simple, to do the re-sizing.  But now, I can do it!  Although, sometimes I think that when I re-size a pic, it loses clarity.  Oh well...

...OH AND BTW...

Here is our darling Granddaughter, being *incognito*, for Nana.  -grin-

Or I could say, here is our darling Granddaughter, being driven *bananas* by her Nana, with trying to hold the wrap over lower part of her face, so Nana could take an *incognito*  pic, which she/Nana could put on her blog.  I couldn't ask her boyfriend to hold the wrap over his face, so.......   No pic to show of them together.  ,-)

Lovely color on Miss Incognito. Wondering about the photo above the mantel...looks darling.

Yes, one can plant as long as the ground's not too wet. The roses will certainly love the water.

Such a pretty garden you have. I just love roses, especially the old fashioned, scented ones. There's always work to be done in a garden though, isn't there?! Beautiful granddaughter with a stunning dress. What a wonderful colour it is! I wonder what she was thinking whilst you were playing around with your camera! Hugs.

Miss Incognito is tres chic! Pretty pretty girl - too bad the BF didn't want his picture taken! Must be prom time - that's my most favoritist color in the whole wide world - bright turquoise blue!

Uncle A has been busy, but I know your flower beds will be beautiful and full before long!

A true gardener works in rain or sunshine so yes, Uncle is a true gardener:-) Everything is looking fabulous in your yard so all of his hard work is so worth it. I was gone to the greenhouse nursery this morning after bringing the car in for an oil change and bought a few plants to add to my flowerbeds. Need to plant them now!

Your granddaughter's dress is absolutely gorgeous and I love the colour as well!! She's a real beauty and no doubt her date was very proud to be with her:-) xoxo

Your grand daughter is a true beauty. The scarf gives her a rather Mata Hari look.

New Roses - how lovely - can't wait to see them in bloom.

hugs,
Penny

Lovely granddaughter! I really like what she is wearing.
There has been a lot going on outside at your place - even in the rain.

From what I can tell you have a beautiful granddaughter. I hope the big dance was wonderful. I'm so glad you didn't fall out of the upstairs window, getting those garden shots. ((grin))

I can tell even if she is incognito that your g'daughter is a beautiful young lady! Her gown is just gorgeous...love that color! Hope she had a lot of fun at the dance.

Your flower gardens are all lovely, too. The rain will help them to get a good start on growing. We need some rain here desperately. But none is in sight. Sigh...

I don't know whether to comment on your beautiful gardens and gardening skill, your beautiful granddaughter in the beautiful dress, your fabulous photos, or the tech savvy person your are, sooo... I'll just say I'm impressed by all!
