New books from the library, on Monday. :-) "An Encyclopedia of Faeries" is not a "reading" book. Just for leafing through and having some fun. "Days of Blood And Starlight" is the 2nd in a Series. Thick book and heavy reading... "Royal Blood" is one of the fun "A Royal Spyness Mysteries." I don't really remember why I got out "The Weird Sisters," but it hassssssssssss to be some-kind-of-good, with a name like that! :-)

badddddddddd case of Blogging Envy??? -sigh- -moan- -sob- Ya' know,
when you read one of those blogs, which always brings light, into your
day... Oh sure, you are so very grateful to the Dear Blogger, for doing
what she does. Very grateful! But... But... But.... It's
hard tooooooo. Because you want to have the same kind of blog! -pout-

No, not the exact same. Of course not! Who wants to follow 2 different blogs, which are identical?

But.... -sigh- Do you want your own blog, to be one of those completely glorious blogs...? Which take your breath away...? And which light up your day...? And which you just love to read? And so, so, so want to be able to do, yourself?
And there is no, no, no way you are going to be able to!!! Neither your home, nor your usual activities/abilities, nor your surroundings, nor your personality, or etc. will allow you to do so. (Of course, every time I say "YOU," I mean "ME"...) But you knew that, didn't you? I hope so! ♥

I love to visit beautiful blogs, Auntie, and yours is one of them! I admit that I do get a little green with "blog envy" every now and then, but that's to be expected :) So I just keep trying to improve on my own blog.
Your photos are lovely and a couple of those books I will be checking for in my library :)

hmmmm..i have never even thought about this. i've never had blog envy. what's wrong with me? i guess i think i am lucky to get anything up at all. haha! i guess i am as good as i can get!
i have never had blog envy, but i do get photography envy a lot.. comparing photos to mine and wishing mine were as good as theirs.. i have gotten a lot better by looking at how good others photos are and learning from them...
I've never really had blog envy. My blog is relatively simple in its layout - mainly because I can't figure out the settings to make it any "sprucier". One thing I can't figure out is how to make my background picture one of my choosing rather than just one of the 12 options that Blogger gives me. But I digress.
P.S. I know those are not not current pictures, but you must live in the icicle capital of the world :)
Oh yeas sweet friend I definitely get blog envy. As a matter of fact I have a blog that I love so much that I went back in her archives and started reading it from the beginning:)
It's almost like reading a book or magazine!

If I allowed myself to get blog envy, I'd quit. I know that I can't keep up in that way nor can I keep up with my home nor my person. Nope. If I allowed envy to filter in, I'd be under my desk with my blankie. You have no reason to be envious. You do what you do very, very well. In fact, no one does it better!

First of all, I'm feeling better but still not as good as I'd like. Thanks for asking!
Now to the blog envy question. I often wish I were a better writer, photographer, etc. But, I try not to be envious because I know my limitations. Everyone has their own style of blogging and their own voice in writing. I enjoy many different blogs and the variety in each. Yours is one I really enjoy and you have no need to be envious of others!

I don't have blog envy per se, but I do wish I would have a camera so I can put some nice pictures up. Of course, in order to get one, I have to stop being cheap and treat myself.

I have never had blog envy...All blogs are unique in their own ways. One thing I am envious of is your ice and snow... We just aren't getting any this year... Darn it!!!!!
It is VERY cold today though --but clear... I'd prefer temps in the 30's with some snow!!!!! ha

I don't get blog envy, lol, because mine is just a pasttime (hobby), something I like to do for me. It relaxes me and I think it's fun too. If it's any consolation at all, I love your blog. And the banner you have up right now is AWESOME!
You know for some reason Aunti and I don't know why? I can't follow you properly you don't have a follow thingy... so, I have you on my favorites bar..
The way I see it sometimes people get carried away in blog land and only post the prettier stuff..so, of course it's natural to feel some blog envy.. I think it's more REAL when life isn't so PERFECT! I love to be real in my blog. And that's why I think I love yours! YOU ARE REAL DOWN TO EARTH!! and that is why I love reading it.. I think its nice to have all the foo-foo stuff, but we all know life is REAL and things aren't picture perfect!! keep on blogging and doing your stuff!
No blog envy ... Just enjoy the originality of others blogs
