Friday... 11:00am... This and that... ♥ Link addition

♥
Lookie!!!  The local Gluten Free Bakery made Valentine themed Cookies, this week.  Next week, they will make more-Valentine-"Goodies" but they will be sure to be G/F versions of chocolate, chocolate, chocolate.  Which I can't have.  But I'm happy to have these Valentine themed Sugar Cookies!    ~~~~~~~~~~~        "Uncle A." had an early morning meeting, and picked them up, before coming home.  Along with her excellent G/F Bread.  :-)

Ahemmmmmmm....  It's not really that I am desperate, for blogging photos/words...  Not!   -Hehhhhhhh-  Not really, really, really desperate...  But!   Well, it does sound a wee bit desperate, when I  choose to take a pic of my new computer desk waste basket.  -sigh-    ~~~~~~~~~~~        I've had it here, a few days, but forget about it.  Had some ripped-up-throw-away-stuff on the little table, right above it.  THEN  I  REALIZED!!!  I have a waste basket, right here!!!!!!!!   And dropped the little pile of "stuff," into it!    ~~~~~~~~~~~        Exciting stuff, I know.  -moan-

More exciting stuff!!!  Now I'm following 2 live blogs, about "Nemo."  Both can be found on the Weather Underground site.  ,-)

Gabe...  Waiting...  For 'Pop' to get him a cookie...

Look at those strawberries...  Don't they look almost tooooooooooooo RED, to you?  They struck me as that way.  Guess I'm second-guessing all grocery produce, these days.  Guess I go along with the idea of....  "If-it's-not-in-season-where-you-live", do without it.    ~~~~~~~~~~~      Is this just being grumpy?  Or is there validity, to it?

Little hand.................  Big hand.................    :-)

Love it, when the morning sunshine makes a spotlight, on Gabe's hair.  It looks golden again!  Where actually, it's getting quite brown-ish.   But in the sunlight, it takes on that faerie-tale-spun-gold-effect.  :-)   And photos, capture it, forever....    :-)

it is necessary

Those cookies look amazing! My grandma used to make ones that looked similar. Yes those strawberries are super red. I am not one to subscribe to the notion of not buying it if it's not in season where I libve but that's just me :)

Mmm! Those cookies look great. I love the name they have chosen for this storm. I only hope everyone remains safe. Thanks for the link. I've been flipping channels back and forth from Bones to the weather channel. It is still up in the air how much we get. I sure do hope this city learned its lessons and is ready for it.

Seven inches of snow in Scarborough? I find that hard to believe...oh well. We have about four inches according to John. It's light snow thus far.

Love the photos of Gabe waiting for good things to come his way. Speaking of good things...your cookies look pretty tasty. Glad that you've found a bakery that makes good GF. So much of the stuff is barely edible.

The berries look very tasty...have you tried one? Was it as ripe and sweet as it looks? Can they dye strawberries?

I'm with you on the strawberry thing ... foods are nicest in the seasons that come naturally to them!
