Sunday..... Cold....

I wouldn't want to be without power, this morning...  -sigh-

Another pic, of a "little hand"...

"The birds are gone, the ground is white,
the winds are wild, they chill and bite.
The ground is thick with slush and sleet,
And I can barely feel my feet."  ~Anon

-chuckle-  Just looked back on a post of mine, from Feb. 24, 2011.  And I was in the mood to let my hair grow.  Funny, because I have gotten into the same mood, lately.  But didn't remember that 2 years ago, I had this wish....   Ahhhhhhh, we humans are so cyclical.  :-)

(Concentration...)

Finished another book.  A book of my own, this time...  "Lucia Triumphant" by Tom Holt...  One of the 2 books written by Holt, continuing the spirit of Benson's Lucia books.   I have more info about it, on "Auntie's Reads" blog...    :-)

I adore the sweet little chubby hand with the blocks, and your ice encrusted thermometer! You really have an eye for snapping interesting and beautiful photos that instantly draw you in.

So happy you still have power. This morning the news showed a house and buildings collapsing under the weight of the snow. so scary. I pray the power gets turned back on soon. God bless the hard working people who have to work out in those cold snows to help others. Stay warm, xo, Susie

Right. Where are those 30s we were promised? I should have known there'd be too much of a snow pack to allow that. So are you growing out your hair again? Apparently, I am.

Love your pretty photos. Spring and summer and the heat seem so far away, don't they?
