unlike so many, we don't have spring blooming bulb flowers. he tried tulips, but "something" ate them. soooooo, i don't have pretty spring flowers, to picture. those teeny, tiny, white flowers above, are all i can share. -smile-
an ancient tulip, out back, which still sticks its leaves up. must be "our-tulip-bulb-eating-thing", didn't like the taste of this one. -grin-
soooooooo, how are you doing...? with our necessity of staying calm and carrying on?
bright sunshine and our heater being fixed, certainly help here.
i have been so COLD, that my lower bod just wasn't "working" properly. every step hurt, somewhere. this happens now and then. thankfully, it goes away. and warmth, helps greatly.
local area beef...... which did NOT come from a big, industrial, beef producing 'farm'...... delicious......
best selling, international thriller!!!

on no, they are killing snow white? where are the dwarves? your dinner looks luscious. and in addition to your pretty new green, i see sunshine making shadows in your shots. that is a good thing.
My neighbor has the prettiest ground cover that was unintentional. It's low, very green, and has little purple flowers throughout.
So nature is not being very cooperative for your garden, but it's starting and will soon have you outside a lot.
I hope your bod gets back to normal soon!
i am hoping to plant ground cover this year to replace my weeds/grass. i don't use chemicals and my grass is awful. i sure hope we get some of the rain which is in illinois right now!
Auntie, your touches of green and the beautiful, tiny, delicate white flowers are a wonderful sight for these weary winter eyes :)
Your meal on those gorgeous plates looks very tasty...and healthy!
As for the book...where are those dwarfs when you need them???
Hugs,
Jan
The trees are finally budding here. No ground flowers yet, though.

We have lots of green, but it's waterlogged right now. Ugh. Can't we ever have some really nice days in a row? But, then I think of Boston and now West, TX and know that our bad weather is so minute in comparison.
That's an intriguing book title! I just can't see Sleepy, Sneezy, Grumpy and the rest letting that happen!
Love your door wreath...pretty!
Spring will be to you soon enough.
Enjoy the cool weather; I think this summer is going to be a scorcher.
Wishing you continued recoveries....hoping that each day is better than the day before.
Love,
J.
Green is finally popping up!! Maybe now you'll be snow free for a few months :)
That steak/meat in that last pic looks scrumptious.
Nice photos Auntie...

It's cold here in Texas today! I am cheering myself up with my red coffee cart I just painted! And tonight I get to play Bunko! I am an alternate so it's always nice when I get to go 'play.' My lower bod isn't working too well either so I started back on Celebrex. I hoarded some back when I had a RX card and they are coming in handy now!
I think your small green 'weeds' are pretty. We have something similar and it grows in the cracks around stones. I never pull it up because I think it is pretty!
as Linda said we are cold today..yesterday we were sweating wearing sunscreen...running the a/c...today long sleeves...jackets...umbrellas.....
thank you for the heads up about my link! i should have checked it earlier!
So glad that the heat is back. I hate being cold like that. You don't even realize how cold you've been until the heat comes on and THEN you start to really shiver. I'm forcing myself to get out and in the sun and doing something even if the foot hurts. It's going to hurt whether I sit perfectly still or whether I do something so might as well accomplish something. I've also raked out all the flower beds and am currently still plugging away at the forsythia bushes. John would help, but he's got his own troubles.
I hate when critters eat the posies. It makes me feel murderous.
Any thing green is welcome. I love the photo with the shadow on the leaf and your header is beautiful and appropriate for what is going happening around us.
Yipeee to the green and for a second there I though the book title was going to be snow must die, agree with that lol
Love your flag picture.
I planted a bunch of tulips and NONE of them have come up.
Glad to hear that your heater is fixed. Been there done that just last year! Mmm...I do love beef and steak yum!
Wishing you spring blooms!
Leann
They can't kill Snow White! ;)
Green is good, I like green :)
Funny to see your book "Snow White must Die" I just watched Snow White and the Huntsman" on a movie channel. Snow White was the girl from the Twilight Series.
Friday was a beautiful day then Satuday was rainy and Sunday was a great day. Weather.
Stay warm and comfy.
