FOOD PICS! -grin- And "Paleo"... Wheeeeeee....

Simple dinner...  Deviled Eggs...  Salad with different greens, orange pieces, roasted peanuts, Newman's Raspberry And Walnut dressing.  I just LOVE this dressing!  Especially for a salad, containing fruit.

My box-mix of G/F Cookies, from which I remove the Ch. Chips.  Add raisins and nuts and make a kind of a "bar."  In a pie pan.  So it looks like a great, big cookie.  ,-)  ~~~~~  Not sugar free but I had the mix, so I made it.  Accomplished something, after the *Great Baking Epic Fail* of a day or so ago.
For "Uncle A." I got an Organic Ingredients Muffin Mix.  It's Apple/Cinnamon and I added chopped dates, which he loves.  Hope they taste as good as they look.  ~~~~~  Later...  Yes, they are good!

He had one last evening, with a glass of wine.  :-)

And my G/F "bar" was good too.

Whewwwwww....   I had to accomplish some baking, after the (click-->) *Great Baking Epic Fail.*

Next, I plan on making this Paleo Banana Bread, below...

Which recipe, I found on a great food blog, called "Elana's Pantry."  You can see the recipe, by clicking here, and going to her blog...

Lots of info on this blog, for me to soak up!  Like (click-->) this page, which shows that just going G/F, is not totally healthy.

As you read above, her Banana Bread is called Paleo.  And that's a word ("Paleo") which conjures up hunting a rabbit or squirrel for dinner, while foraging in the woods for nuts and berries.  No!  No!  No!!!!  Again, Eleana simplifies the term Paleo.  Which you can read by clicking right here....

And by clicking here, you can see a Paleo Eating Plan
 for a week.  Seeeee?
NO trapped rabbits or squirrels!!!  -grin-

(Last 4 pics, are from "Elena's Pantry" blog...)

I love deviled eggs. That is one of two dishes that I use paprika as a garnish (the other is potato salad.)
Love your presentations. Great photography!
