Oh *naughty Auntie*... It seems that she over-did her Lacta*d-will-let-me-eat-some-cheese-ness.
♥
Yes, my generic Lac*aid will help, on occasion. But I had a panini with cheese, on Sat. out. And we made a panini with cheese on Sun., in. (Just got a panini maker, and there was no Sun. Family Dinner because next door is crazy-wild on Sun., with all the Basketball Games to take children to, here-and-there-and-everywhere.)

-sighhhhhhhhhhhhhhh- It caught up with me. So Monday will be a lay-low-on-eating day. :-) Have broth for warmth, and made Pineapple Jell-*, and etc. And have already told "Uncle A." NOT to push me, on eating dinner tonight. He is Chef, after semi-retiring. (He likes to cook and I never did.) And he takes his *job* seriously. Wants to make sure I have enough good-stuff-to-eat. -grin- But I have to slow him down, sometimes. ,-)
♥
So I really hope that you were more wise, with your eating choices, over the weekend. And are not paying-the-piper, this morning. Yishhhhhhh... Not like *naughty Auntie*... Duhhh me.

Got a new camera card and hope to be better able to post pictures again, soon. Although, until the weather is warmer/nicer, I don't get out to take many pretty pics anyway. And do have so much fun, finding cute, pretty, beautiful pics/illustrations/art, on the Net. To post. :-)

Like this marvelous art of James Gurney... Isn't it wonderful? Isn't it imaginative? Isn't it beautiful? Wouldn't you love to be able to *visit* such a world? -happy sigh- I would.....

Back to the fruit and veggies for me too. My pig outs were chocolate, and chocolate, and jelly beans, and to top it off a chocolate cream pie. OK, so I had a really bad sweet craving.
Auntie, did you see that they have very unusual "dogs" in your artist's world there? For that reason alone, no. Not interested in visiting...lovely to look, though. Very imaginative...yes!
So you overdid? Sorry to hear that such little pleasures result in such painful effects. You'll learn to behave. Perhaps you'd have skated by with just Saturday's cheese panini.
I too overindulge on dairy at times and pay for it. But sometimes ice cream just jumps in my mouth !! Hope you feel better soon. (o:
So sorry to hear that you are having to pay the piper for such little dietary foibles.
You take it easy today.
My dear sweet hubby is our household chef as well - I always hated to cook but loved to eat - so we made a good match.
Hugs,
Penny
Its hard to say no when someone else is cooking for me.
:)
you can always shoot photos of your treasures in the house, looks like you have lots of them and wish I did i got rid of everything to simplify lief so no treasures to photograph. sorry you are feeling poorly. glad you have a chef, i hate cooking to. and i keep forgetting to mention i am glad you put your photo back in your profile
I wish I could say I ate wisely. I baked my first decadent chocolate cake in years and indulged a bit too much. I did, however, give the rest of the cake to my son to take home with him.

I never eat wisely since my husband passed away and my tummy suffers for it. I am lactose intolerant too so I know the misery.
Thanks for coming to visit my blog no matter how you get there!

I don't think it matters WHAT I eat - I get heart burn from a glass of water if I don't take my Prilosec. I usually get Sam's brand since it claims 'compare it to!' on the package. Or it DID!
The pakaging changed recently an dI think the forula did as well. I am off to find the real deal.....right after lunch at La Madeleine!
Hi Auntie!
So sorry to hear you are under the weather... :0( Hope that warm broth helps.
I just adore your pictures today! My grandson, Brody, would absolutely love these photos - I can't wait to check into them more, maybe get a print for his birthday, which is coming right up - one of my March birthdays!
I would love it my husband would cook a little more - I hate trying to figure out what to have for dinner!
Hugs,
Barb
Ken likes to cook every so often. We had our usual home made pizza last night for supper. I make the dough and Ken makes the pizza.
We had a roasted garlic one last night.
I am tickled at Sandy's 'springy' Ice Cream. Hope you feel better!
Oh Auntie - so you've been a cheesy little girl, eh? Oops! Let's don't do that again any time soon - I hate for you to feel bad.
AND, Uncle A. hates for you not to eat his wonderful meals!
Yes, those ARE very imaginative illustrations - vibrant colors, and I love the blue dinosaur/dog!
Feel better soon!
Hope you tummy is better today. So nice to have someone to cook for you. I made a homemade choc. cake on Sunday and between my hubby and I it is almost gone. No more of that for a long time.
tsk tsk...no food ailments for me today thankfully. I'm too busy with my daily fibro issues - ugh!
Hope that you're feeling better by now.
xo
O, so sorry you are under the weather. That's no fun....
Feel better soon, dear heart.

Oh, don't you just hate it when you slip into denial and eat what you KNOW you should not eat? You are not alone. I happen to do the same thing. I do find that the consequences are greater the older I get, so I am finally making better choices (some of the time).
Touch wood but so far I have never had any problems with any food I eat...must have a stomach made of steel! lol I have no allergies either which is strange since my mom is allergic to a lot of foods and perfume/makeup. I do hope you feel better after watching what you eat again....hey, Uncle A can come cook for me!! hehe
The images you use on your posts are always so gorgeous and pleasing to the eyes:-) xoxo
