We happened to be stopped, for a red light in town... And I noticed these sweet Pansies, by this front door... A lovely little sign-of-Spring. :-)

LOOK...
WHO showed up...
OUTSIDE my patio door... Another sign-of-Spring.
Since I was seated in my comfy chair, I couldn't run to get my camera... So 'Uncle A.' did so, and handed the camera to me, without Mama Bunny noticing. So, I got some pics. Not awfully clear one, since they were taken through glass and screen.
But she was quite obliging, and posed for me. :-)

"Mistletoe and Mayhem" by Kate Kingsbury ~~ A Pennyfoot Hotel Mystery
~
-grin- NO, not a sign-of-Spring. But I've never read this one before. And so, when it became available in my library system, I got it. :-)
~
I've read all the "Pennyfoot Hotel Mysteries," which are in my library system, now. They were fun. Showing life in this past era. Following the happenings of the staff, who keep the Hotel going. Etc. Kind of like an "Upstairs, Downstairs" in a Hotel setting.
~
Have you Dear Reader, ever read any of the Pennyfoot Hotel Mysteries?

Having a bit of trouble, getting this post written, and *staying written*. ,-) (NOT Blogger's fault this time!) So I won't try to re-write, what *disappeared*. ,-) I'll just say that this above, in my next read. Needless to say, you know, just from that cover, that it's going to be spooky. Yesssssssssssssssssssss!!! ,-))))))))

Hi Auntie. Sorry about the word verification thingie; I thought that was off. It is now turned off (if not, let me know again).
I love reading. No, I didn't know about the Pennyfoot Hotel mysteries. I'll keep my eyes open for them at the thrift store -- where I get almost all my books.
i adore pansies!! what a cute little bunny!!
Nice shots of the cute bunny wabbit! I bet she has some little babies somewhere.
I haven't read Kate Kingsbury, the books sound interesting and I'll look for one when next at the library. I have a small pile of books yet to be read, but I'll jot this name down.
Have a great day!
Oh those pansies do make for a lovely welcoming door. And look at little brown bunny...all ready for a summer in the forest. Must be something pretty tasty on your back lawn. Did I ever tell you about the time I found a rabbit like that eating my daisies and thought he must be an escapee from the neighbors' rabbit hutch? I marched over there and muckled onto his ears so fast and just took him home. The neighbor looked at me kinda funny and said, "Lady, you've just found yourself a wild rabbit there." Oh my. I nearly dropped him on his head. Mercifully, the neighbor put on some big old gloves and relieved me. That rabbit went off to live at a rabbit farm, believe it or not.
The Pennyfoot series sound good. I do not like spooky stories involving children. I was cured by Henry James's The Turn of the Screw.
I adore your little town. How wonderful to have a little bunny show up in your yard. What a special place to live.

Sweet bunny!!
I've read ALL of the Pennyfoot books...now I can't find anymore!

Hi my friend. Oh, how I adore pansies, with their cute little faces and lovely colours. I love your new header photo by the way! What a cute little bunny, and how lovely that you managed to capture some photos! I've never heard of the Pennyfoot series, but I might well look into them and see if I can get hold of them over here in England. I love Upstairs Downstairs types of stories! Take care.
Oh what a cute little bunny. I see them all the time around my lake.
No, I haven't read any Pennyfoot Hotel books but I will be sure to check them out. I've really liked all the books I've read that you have liked.
The pansies look so lovely by that door. Great shot.
So nice to have a bunny come visit as long as he not making your flowers dinner.
What a lovely porch those Pansy's have to enhance. Love the bunny, one or two are cute. More than that, and you have trouble.
Love the bunny and flowers! Spring is in full bloom down here! Wish it could STAY spring. I am dreading our hot Texas summers and trying to stay in the present and enjoy the lovely mild temps we have now!
I have never heard of the Pennyfoot Hotel Mysteries but I do like these type of stories......love the photo of the bunny
We have bunnies (and deer and racoons and turtles) everywhere.....except they eat my hostas. So I'm not really a fan!
blessings,
