♥ Flowers of all kinds...

All Dear Readers remember that "Auntie" is NOT crafty.  But a while ago, I tried to stuff Faerie Lights into a washed 'Jack Daniels' bottle.  And it didn't work.  ~~~  Some Dear Reader commented that it could look nice, with flowers in it.   ~~~  Since our allergies won't allow us to have real cut flowers in the house (-sighhhh-), I had to (finally !!!) get some fake flowers.   ~~~   But, then, the ones I got, didn't fit into the small top on the J.D. bottle.  (-sighhhh-)
~~~~~~~~~~
 But!
I had also saved a nice large Bell Canning jar (in which our Maple Syrup had come).  Luckily, the fake flower bunches fit into this!  Yessssss!   ~~~    Voila!!!  "Auntie's" attempt at some sort of *crafti-ness.*  -gigggles-
~~~~~~~~~~
 I know.
This is NOT real *crafti-ness.*  But sometimes, ya' gotta' make-do with what abilities one has.  LOL...

 I know.  -sigh-  I can't stop taking pics of this beautiful 'Old Rose.'  Which is soooooo happy and blooming so profusely this year.   ~~~   Just pay no attention, and scroll right by.  ,-)

(Tiny, yellow 'Old Rose' bush...)

Our sun seems to have gone-bye-bye today/Tues.  And last evening, part of the pool cover did NOT get taken off, by "Pop" and extended family.  Since they had to go to a baseball game, for one of the kids.  The pool is all set, electrical-wise and even a light is set to go back in.  And "Pop" has drained the cover off...  And "next door" wants the pool open.  But...........   He can't do any more, by himself.
*Them's the facts, Jack.*  -chuckle-

Tiny little garden bed, which "Uncle A." made, down in the back garden.  The back garden, which is constantly invaded by Binder Vine.  -sigh-  His tomatoes-from-seed are in there.  We shall see what happens.  He usually get tomato plants.  (And the one year experiment of hanging tomato plants, was a bust.)  We will see how this experiment works out.  :-)

What can I say about your floral arrangement? I guess 'amazing' would work. ```smirk```
I'm sure the tomatoes from seed will grow. Enjoy your day!!!

Sandra! I heard that! ☺ (I have some on the top of my china cupboard.)

Looks as if the experiment with tomato seed is working. Hope a binder weed doesn't show up.

My experiment with hosta is two-fold. I want to know if it will like that spot and I want to know if the plant pot I cut the end out of will protect it from slugs.

We're best to find our strengths and stick to them, rather than trying to do something that doesn't come easy to us. Although I once did some knitting, I lack the patience to do much in the way of cross stitch and such. Sewing, yes, but not too often at this point.

At least you don't have to worry about keeping fresh water for the flowers!

I, too, use 'artificial' silk flowers in many arrangements. People don't even know sometimes that they aren't real. I love the photos of your real flowers, too. We, also, are experimenting with tomatoes by seed.

Peace,
Muff

Absolutely nothing wrong with 'fake.' It is a great compliment to imitate! RIGHT?

Your craftiness looks good to me! And I can't believe your beautiful roses are blooming already! We have buds, but that's it! Lucky you!

Good Luck with the plants from seeds. I prefer to buy plants - much easier for me. this year I even bought hanging baskets and plopped them in my big pots - instant color.

I like the look of your flowers in the ball jar - a bit of cheer to look at while in the kitchen!
