Just this moment, Wed. 12:45pm, I found the solution to my computer problem!!!! No need to go into details. I kind-of knew what I had *done* to cause the problem. So I kept trying to *do-it-again,* and I did, and all is fixed. Hooray
Tues., after I did the *mess-up,* I stayed off line. And it was fine. I still have enough *umph,* to be happy with doing things, around the house. Shopping for groceries. Getting what I need out of the library cook-books, which show how to live gluten and sugar free. Etc.
This is a sugar free preserves, which I got at the 'Healthy Eating' store. It uses xylitol to sweeten. Xylitol is one of the sugar-substitues, which my books mention. It certainly works well, because this Strawberry Preserve is delicious. And good for me.
Having my computer kind of messed up, was interesting. In that I was not manic, over it. I just kept going, and doing things, and didn't have "withdrawal" pangs. This is a very good thing, in my humble opinion.
I have missed what's been going on with "My Little Posse" of blogging buddies. But I can now catch up. And keep relaxed. Keeping relaxed, that's the best part. :-)
Just love these pics, of the Poppy bud... :-))))
"White Nights" is the last book I have read all the way through. I did leave a click-able link to my review of it, but not sure if everyone noticed. So I leave another click-able link right here...
I have been starting and discarding books, while sick. I was very "picky." If a book didn't "grab me," I left it. ~~~~~~~ And I have been reading books on the topics of Healthy Eating and Gluten Free and Sugar Free, and etc. Those, I graze through... Finding what I need to know, etc.

so glad you got it fixed, i love these flowers, all of them and the poppy bud especially. the thing i love about my kindle reader is if i start a book and don't LOVE it, i just delete it and go find another. i read the free ones so no loss. also if i do buy i can read the first few pages to see if it grabs me. i am now only reading books that grab me and will not let go
you mean you broke it and are admitting it, wow haha
glad you fixed your computer! those clematis flowers are beautiful!
the clematis is amazing, I had one just like that!!!!!You are certainly an inspiration for gluten and sugar free, glad you got the computer fixed, I'm right there with you, if I have to force myself to read a book its not going to happen, it has to grab me as you say!
Love the clematis; we don't have them here, but we do have them at our NC home. Such a beautiful flower.
Grab it or let go!!! I LOVE that sentence and feel so guilty for not sticking with a book all the way through! Do NOT know why this is hard for me! From now on I am going to use the 'Grab it or Let it GO!' principle!!
Glad your comp is fixed and happy you're BACK!!!
Auntie, Your photos are very nice. You seem to be sticking with the gluten free diet. good for you.xoxo,Susie

So glad to hear your computer is fixed.
I wish I could know whether going sugar free would end my arthritis woes. Right now I'm doing the honey/cinnamon, so we'll see how that goes first. I do need to cut back...way back...on sugar so I'm going to check out xylitol. I've never heard of it. Most sweetners leave a bad taste in my mouth.
It's good to have you back blogging. Take care!
So glad you figured out the computer problem!

I dislike computer problems but always feel so good about myself when I actually correct it myself. Sometimes I skip through a book reading only the interesting pages.
