Elana's Paleo Banana Bread, made with Almond Flour
It worked. Gave some to "Gabe" (3 years old) next door, and he came back for 2 more pieces! -Grin- And this was right after he had a couple of regular Chocolate Chip Cookies... "Pop" keeps them (regular Chocolate Chip Cookies) in a tin, in the work shop. And the "Grands" like to come over and ask for one or two.
So if a 3 year old, wanted more of my Paleo Banana Bread, right after a reg Ch. Chip Cookie, I guess it *passes muster.* :-)
It's not your *Mama's Banana Bread*, because it's not as sweeeeet. But it's good. Toasted in the morning, with my goat maple cream cheese on it... :-)
So, had a good baking day on Monday. But am beginning Tuesday, with clicking on some unknown place on my screen, and messin' up my computer. Like I lost my Dock, for one thing. -chuckle-
Not going to sweat it now. Will call iMac Help later, if "Uncle A." can't figure it out.
But basically, I'm going with the flow. A few hours without blogging, isn;t going to be earth-shaking. :-)
Make believe my little red apple is HERE. Since I have no Dock, I can't access my photos, to put it here. LOL...

I'm keeping my fingers crossed with my computer. Hoping it will hold up until the July 4th holiday for the sales.

if the little one likes it, it must be really good! don't you just love the poppy heads?
My computer died Friday, had to get a new one, fun!
i am trying to figure out what a dock is... the header made me say out loud WOW and turn the laptop toward bob to see that pod.... gorgeous, i can see every little hair on the stem...
I am back, i googled dock on a mac and found there are a lot of people talking about the dock disapearing. the reason i did not know is because it is a mac. look what this link says

Good for YOU in your baking success!!! If a 3 year old loves it - it has GOT to be good!!!
I'm off to a movie! Love Tuesdays!
That is a beautiful closeup shot in your header! I'm not computer savvy at all, so I don't know what a dock is. Hope you get it fixed.
If Gabe came back for more bread, it must be good.
It sure looks good.
Gotta pass muster indeed. You must be so happy to find something that is really tasty. So much of the gluten free is really vile.
Auntie, I know our g.kids love us...but when they come back for more banana bread ....Gabe was certainly paying you a compliment. It must have tasted as good as it looked. :):)oxox, Susie
Love your stories about grands coming for treats!!
I'll have to check out that recipe!!
Lots going on at The Old Parsonage - wedding is the 15th!!!!
