The forest, is a swamp...!!! :-(

I know this is nothing, compared to the flooding, in many places.  

But the college land, across from us, overflowed last evening.  See it flowing????

What aggravates us is...  That the college has promised the home owners, who live near this lovely, old, wooded area...  That it would remain untouched.  But it has not.  

It is becoming more and more of a swamp, because of college cutting trees, building buildings, and making parking lots.  And they are *supposed* to be SO  GREEN.....   

OK, I got that rant out!

I am mesmerized by the water in the pool...

Perhaps that's why I love these ear rings so much.  They kind of remind me of how the water looks.

Needless to say, a still picture can not capture the shell-like iridescence of these discs, though.  -sigh-
