The other day I posted photos of tasteful (in my humble opinion) outdoor Christmas Decorations. Today I go to the other extreme. Well, to me, anyway... ,-) These masses of blow-up decorations are kind of tacky, but they are celebrating Christmas so, I guess we need to concentrate on that. ,-)
The best "panoramic" view, I could get... Of their front yard and house... Complete with spot lights!
Here is a close-up of the Christmas Count-Down Clock...
To the left of this pic, there is even a football player. Christmas-y??? ,-)
A close-up of the right side of the lawn. I always love Winnie The Pooh...

Love these photos so, isn't this a wonderful time of year
omg...a cry from the tiny white lights we like! to each there own..at least they decorate!
I bet every child in the neighborhood oooh's and aaahh's over these lights... :))
One year I made the horrible mistake of addressing these sorts of decorations. I got the most vile, vitriolic comment I've ever received. I never removed it either so there it sits on my blog bubbling over. I think children adore these decorations, truly adore them so for that alone they have their value.
Hi Auntie! LOVE all the lights, but I don't care for the blow-up thingies. I especially like the old-timey lights with the big bulbs. But the kiddos love 'em, so that's okay!
AND, I think your blog looks very festive - you must spend alot of time changing things around. Hey, it keeps it interesting, and your audience never knows what they're going to find when they come here! HAHA!
They went to a lot of work there girlfriend. I think it is cute.
beauty is in the eye of the beholder...some enjoy more...some think less is more..I'm in the middle of the road on this one...
Dear me.
:)
These aren't a favorite with me either but lots of people seem to love them! My son has two on HIS lawn!
There are lots of huge blow up decorations around here too and some and they are not my favorite ones either, but some of them get me to laughing. : )
The football player I don't especially like, but I do kind of like the countdown clock :)
this reminds me of a house down the street from us, there is a cop and 2 men who share the house. in the yard there are maybe 10 plus of these blowups.. just those. i had to laugh when i saw them... i like that clock and the mail box it is sitting by... times they are a changing.
love christmas lights - and always have. I'm so glad that we haven't stopped this tradition!
There's a house not far from here that is very similarly decorated to the one you show in your pictures and I swear they have every blow up decoration available on the market! lol Personally, I don't care for them but then I do enjoy seeing the children's reaction to them, they love it!! xoxo
