Twin Houses~~~Yard Work~~~Fun link~~~"What I meant..."~~~Etc.

(A mirror-twin house...)

Yesterday {click-->} I blogged, that I wanted to do some yard-clean-up.  And I did!!!  The out-the-patio-doors view looks better, and it was good exercise.

(Separate Twin houses...)

Lovely weather continues here, so far.  And "Uncle A's" little seeds are sprouting and growning.  They are growing enough, that he has to turn them.  Since they grow RIGHT AT the sun.  :-)

"In my neck of the woods," we can't be sure of no random frosts, until Memorial Day Weekend, though.  So planting is late, compared to other bloggers.

(Built in 1900, by a father, for his 2 daughters)

If you like Cozy Mysteries, like I do, here is a cute list posted on "The Cozy Mystery List Blog"...   Please click here, to be taken to her list... "Upcoming Television Mystery Movies for May 2013" on Turner Classic Movies Ch..  :-)

(When they were built, they were probably decorated alike.  For a while, anyway.  To show-them-off.  -smile-  )

When I wrote of Catherine Herridge's book {click-->} "The Next Wave," I didn't mean that would-be-terrorists need her book, to learn anything.  They have all that information, on the Net.  I meant that WE need her information.  So we remember to be on the look-out for things like, abandoned back packs, in public places, etc.  And report them, to authorities.

i love all of theses houses, my hubby was raised in a twin house in PA, it was brick and they had one half, with 3 stories, his room was in the attic. 6 kids and 2 adults and 1 bathroom on the first floor...old houses make me happy to just look at them in person or in photos. you have such a beautiful town. show us more. glad you got your work done. bob has to turn his bucket garden every couple of days, because the plants lean towards the sun...

Lovely homes. I grew up in a small cookie cutter house, but when I hit my teenage years, my parents sold it and bought a large house similar to the ones you show.

Have a wonderful weekend.

cool houses....we should all be aware of things that don't look or feel right...and let the proper people know...

I like old houses like these too. They remind me of the house we just sold.
I wonder if the sisters were twins. : )

I am going to keep my eyes open for twin homes now.

We are in the deep freeze here in MO. Even had snow in SW MO and KC. Not here though. That is fine and dandy with me.

Being a country girl who lives on a farm, I don't see these types of houses, and I think they are beautiful!

When Amber was younger the house next door was vacant. She said, "Mom, you should buy that for me so I can live next door to you when I'm grown up!"
Ah!! I hope the people in those houses were happy!

Love the darling twin houses. Especially that a father built some for his daughters!

Love the Twin Houses and the story behind them. What kind of plant is in your header? It's pretty.
